Accessibility Statement
We want the AnayaWorld website to be usable by everyone. This statement says what we do, what we have actually tested, and what we have not. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Our target
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That is our target, not a claim of conformance: the site has not been independently audited, and we do not state that it conforms.
What we build in
- Semantic page structure: one main heading per page, a logical heading order, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link.
- Keyboard operation of navigation, menus and the enquiry form, with a visible focus indicator.
- Colour contrast that our automated checks test against the AA thresholds.
- Layouts designed to fit narrow screens; automated tests check that pages do not scroll sideways at widths down to 320 pixels.
- Support for the "reduce motion" system setting: animated and scroll-driven elements are simplified when it is on.
- Short, descriptive alternative text for images; certificate images on the Recognition page are accompanied by a full text transcription.
How it is tested
- Automated checks (axe-core, WCAG 2.0/2.1 A and AA rule sets) run against key pages on every release, together with automated keyboard, reduced-motion and responsive tests.
- Trust and Recognition have been manually checked with a screen reader (VoiceOver). Representative release pages — including the homepage, Process Automation, Company, Trust, Recognition and the enquiry form — have also been manually checked at 200% browser zoom.
- We have not manually tested every page with assistive technology, and automated tools can only find part of the problems that exist.
What we have not verified
Pages other than Trust and Recognition have not been manually tested with a screen reader. Representative release pages have been manually checked at 200% browser zoom, while the wider release surface has automated accessibility coverage. Embedded or third-party components, such as the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge on the enquiry form, are outside our direct control; Turnstile is designed to be accessible, but we have not tested it ourselves with assistive technology.
Report a problem
If you cannot use part of the site, or find a barrier, tell us at info@anayaworld.com and say what you were trying to do. We will look into it and reply.
