Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the AnayaWorld website collects, why, who handles it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do. Version 2026.3, last updated 15 October 2026.

The AnayaWorld website is operated by Anaya Communication Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Anaya", "we", "us").

Registered office: 2nd Floor, Kamala, Near Mahajan Flour Mill, Industrial Area Phase 3, Gangyal, Jammu 180010.

This policy covers personal data collected through this website. It does not replace any separate agreement you may have with us for a product or service.

We collect personal data only when you use the enquiry form ("Start a conversation"), plus the technical data needed to keep the site working and safe.

  • Your enquiry: name, work email address, company, and phone number if you choose to give one; your company size, industry, project stage and timeline; a budget range where the form asks for one; and your answers about the problem you want to solve. We use it to understand your request and reply to you.
  • How you reached the form: campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source), the referring page, and the page you started from. We use it to understand which of our pages lead to enquiries.
  • Your consent record: that you agreed to be contacted, the version of this policy shown to you, and when. We keep it so we can show what you agreed to.
  • Abuse-protection signals: whether a hidden decoy field was filled, how long the form took to complete, the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, and a salted, one-way hash of your network (IP) address. The hash is used to limit how many enquiries one connection can send and to spot abuse; we do not store your IP address in our enquiry database.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used to run and secure the site.

While you complete the enquiry form, the choices and answers you have entered so far (not your name, email or phone number) are kept in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not lose them. They are cleared when you send the form or close the tab. See the Cookie Policy for detail.

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, and the site does not currently run analytics. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before it does.
  • We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us. Some of them operate outside India, so your data may be processed outside India.

  • Vercel — hosts and delivers the website.
  • Neon — the managed PostgreSQL database where enquiries are stored.
  • Resend — sends the email that delivers your enquiry to our team.
  • Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile challenge that tells people from automated programs.

We normally keep a website enquiry for up to 24 months from the date we receive it. If the enquiry develops into an ongoing business or client relationship, relevant records may be kept for longer where needed for that relationship, our legitimate business records, or a legal requirement. You can ask us to erase your personal data where applicable (see below).

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are being brought into force in stages. Some statutory rights relevant to website enquiries have not yet commenced. In the meantime, and without limiting any rights that apply to you under law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was given;
  • withdraw your consent to be contacted — withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and does not affect what we did before you withdrew;
  • nominate another person to make these requests for you if you cannot.

To make any request above, or to raise a concern about how we handle your data, contact us. Write to info@anayaworld.com.

Grievance contact: Amit Mahajan, amit@anayaworld.com.

We will respond within a reasonable time. The Data Protection Board of India has been established under the Act, while its complaint and adjudication framework is subject to the phased commencement of the Act and Rules. Where a statutory complaint route is available for your matter, you may use it in accordance with the law then in force.

  • The site is served over HTTPS, so data is encrypted between your browser and our servers.
  • Your network address is stored only as a salted hash.
  • Enquiries are held in a managed database that only our team's credentials can read, and our content system is private.
  • The Trust page describes the engineering controls we can evidence and, just as importantly, what we do not claim. We have not had an independent security audit or certification.

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

When this policy changes we update the version and date at the top. The version shown to you when you send an enquiry (currently 2026.3) is recorded with it.
