Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the AnayaWorld website. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated 15 October 2026.

The website is operated by Anaya Communication Private Limited. References to "we" and "us" mean that company.

Please use the site lawfully and considerately. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or data, or probe them for weaknesses;
  • overload or disrupt the site, or send automated or bulk submissions through the enquiry form;
  • scrape the site in a way that burdens it or ignores the rules in robots.txt;
  • submit information that is false, unlawful or that you have no right to share.

The site describes our work, capabilities and products for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a contract by itself. Case studies and statements are accurate as of the date they were published; we may update or remove them.

Where the site reproduces third-party material — for example award certificates on the Recognition page — it reproduces the wording as issued. That wording is the issuer's own and is not an independent claim by us.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to proceed. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement. How we handle the personal data in an enquiry is described in the Privacy Policy.

The site's content, design, name and logos belong to Anaya Communication Private Limited or its licensors. You may view the site and share its pages by link. You may not copy, adapt or reuse its content or marks beyond that without our written permission. Client names and logos appear only where we hold permission.

The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is", without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from them are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
